The Garnett Tract is located on the south side of Route 208, Courthouse Road, north of Spotsylvania Courthouse in Spotsylvania County. The sale area is approximately 84 acres in size and has well-drained soils. The timber is primarily composed of loblolly pine sawtimber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday September 20th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Garnett Tract
