The Flowers Tract is located north of Route 619, Westwood Road, south of Old Church in Hanover County. The sale area is approximately 117 acres in size and has well-drained soils. The primary products present are pine chip-n-saw and pine pulpwood.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday June 28th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Flowers Tract
