Covington Tract

The Covington Tract is located north of Route 631, Lloyds Road, near Champlain in Essex County. The sale area is 24 acres in size and consists primarily of yellow poplar and oak sawtimber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday March 29th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Covington Tract
