The Brooks Farm II Tract is located east of Route 650 (Smithfield School Road), north of Oak Shade in Essex County. The sale area is approximately 56 acres in size and has well-drained soils. The timber consists primarily of oak, poplar and hickory sawtimber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday July 26th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Brooks Farm II Tract
