The Block 13-313 Tract is located in Greensville County on the east side of Maclins Creek Road,approximately 4.5 miles west of Emporia. The sale area consists of approximately 44 acres of 1980 pine plantation that has mostly pine saw timber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday April 26th, at 10am at the Tract. Mail, FAX, or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date.  Mailed bids should be marked:  SEALED BID – Block 13-313 Tract and mailed to Forest Resources Management, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy Suite 200, Aylett, VA 23009. Phone bids will also be accepted but must be received prior to 10am. Email bids can be sent to bill@frmva.com.
