The Vaidens Tract is located south of Route 60, near Lanexa in New Kent County. The sale area is approximately 75 acres in size with good access. The primary products present are loblolly pine logs, pine chip-n-saw, and pine pulpwood.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday August 3rd, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Vaidens Tract
