The Tucker Tract located off Oral Oaks Rd, SR 635, 2.1 miles south of the intersection of SR 635 and SR 40, in Lunenburg County, as shown on the attached sketch. The sale area consists of approximately 80 acres of 1976 pine plantation that has mostly pine saw timber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday October 19th, at 10am at the Lunenburg County Courthouse. Mail, FAX, or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date.  Mailed bids should be marked:  SEALED BID – Tucker Tract and mailed to Forest Resources Management, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy Suite 200, Aylett, VA 23009. Phone bids will also be accepted but must be received prior to 10am. Email bids can be sent to bill@frmva.com.
