The Kelly Tract is located east of Route 607, southeast of Port Haywood in Mathews County. The sale area is approximately 11 acres in size. The timber consists primarily of good quality loblolly pine sawtimber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday July 27th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Kelly Tract
