The Holly’s Haven Tract and the Lowell’s Legacy Tract are BEING SOLD AS ONE. The Holly’s Haven Tract is located along the east side of Route 601, 1.0 mile north of Robley in Richmond County. The Lowell’s Legacy Tract is located along the east side of Route 603, near Moon Corner in Richmond County. The sale area is approximately 67 acres in size and consists primarily of pine sawtimber and chip-n-saw.
The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday November 2nd, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Holly's Haven and Lowell's Legacy Tracts
