The Grove Farm Tract is located south of Route 618 ( Acquinton Church Road), 1.3 miles west of Route 629 (Jacks Creek Road) in King William County. The sale area is approximately 36 acres in size and consists primarily of poplar sawtimber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday October 26th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Grove Farm Tract
