The Burtons Tract is located south of Route 606 (Old Church Road), east of Old Church in Hanover County. The sale is approximately 106 acres in size, composed of a fairly balanced mix of pine sawtimber and pulpwood, and hardwood sawtimber and puplwood.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday November 30th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Burtons Tract
