The Brooks Tract is located on the east side of Route 650 (Smithfield School Road), north of Oak Shade in Essex County. The sale area is approximately 36 acres in size and consists mainly of pine pulpwood and chip-n-saw.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday October 19th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Brooks Tract
